How much does a room at Tri-Homes F-31 cost?
Rents start at ₹12,500 per bed per month, all-inclusive of 4 meals a day, WiFi, housekeeping and utilities. Current rates: Single ₹23,999, Double sharing ₹14,500, Triple sharing ₹12,500. Prices are per bed, per month.
How much is the security deposit?
A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent, collected at move-in and returned when you leave after adjusting for any damages. You get a written receipt for it.
What’s the notice period to leave?
One month’s written notice. Give notice a month before your intended move-out date and your deposit is settled within a few working days of handing back the room.
What’s included in the rent?
A furnished room, 4 meals a day, WiFi, daily housekeeping, water, security and maintenance. Electricity beyond a fair monthly cap is billed on actuals — no other hidden charges.
Is there a lock-in period?
A minimum stay of three months keeps rates affordable. After that you’re free to continue month-to-month with the standard notice.
What’s the visitor and guest policy?
Guests are welcome during the day. The resident bringing a guest in has to verify them with the on-site warden first, and guests sign in at the desk. Overnight stays are not permitted — guests must leave before night, for everyone’s safety and privacy.
